Here at the Wheatsheaf Inn our aim is to create the right atmosphere and to give our customers variety. Throughout the week we organise special evenings for the restaurant and the bar area. Including special fish nights and jazz evenings to name but a few.

If you want something outside then our large beer garden could be just perfect. Enjoy the fantastic scenery that surrounds you while you eat, drink and meet with friends or family or just have a quiet pint while reading the paper.

Jazz Nights

Stan Foster and Val Block are big on the local jazz scene. Check for forecoming dates.

Quiz Nights

Every Wednesday evening from 10.00pm. Teams of up to a maximum of 4 people may enter our Wednesday Night Quiz, there are 40 questions with complimentary nibbles after the quiz. We aim to finish by 11pm.

Fresh Fish Nights

Fresh fish nights Thursday/Friday evenings bookings advisable often including sea bass, sea bream, swordfish, tuna, cod, haddock etc. To find out what’s on the menu it is advisable that you call us on the Wednesday evening to find out what is available: 01900 85199.
